By accessing or using JukeboxSign.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Daufuskie Enterprises, LLC ("Jukebox Sign," "we," "our," or "us").

Jukebox Sign is a technology platform that enables users to purchase time slots on physical LED roadside signs operated by licensed property owners ("Operators"). Users submit messages, pay for display time, and may view their messages via live webcam stream. Jukebox Sign does not author, edit, or endorse any user-submitted messages.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform and make purchases. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

All messages submitted through the Platform are created by users, not by Jukebox Sign. You are solely responsible for the content of any message you submit. By submitting a message, you represent and warrant that:

• The message does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• The message does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The message does not constitute harassment, defamation, hate speech, or threats
• The message does not contain sexually explicit content
• The message complies with our Content Policy (Section 5 below)

Jukebox Sign acts as an interactive computer service provider under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. We are not the publisher or speaker of user-submitted content and are not liable for content submitted by users.

All messages are subject to automated screening before display. The following content is prohibited:

• Commercial advertising: phone numbers, website URLs, explicit calls to action (CALL NOW, BUY NOW, VISIT US), pricing information
• Hate speech: content targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability
• Harassment or threats: content intended to intimidate, threaten, or harass any individual
• Sexually explicit content: any content of a sexual nature
• Defamation: false statements of fact about any identifiable individual or organization
• Illegal content: any content that facilitates or promotes illegal activity

Social media handles (@username) are permitted provided they do not reference adult content platforms. Personal expressions, community announcements, milestone messages, sports shoutouts, prayers, and inspirational messages are welcome.

Jukebox Sign reserves the right to reject any message at our sole discretion. If a message is rejected before payment, no charge is applied. Flagged messages receive an AI-suggested alternative rewrite.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Jukebox Sign to charge the selected amount to your payment method. All sales are final. Refunds are issued only in the event of a verified technical failure that prevents your message from displaying during the purchased time slot.

Prices are displayed in US Dollars. Time slot pricing: $5.00 (30 minutes), $10.00 (60 minutes), $15.00 (90 minutes), $20.00 (120 minutes).

Messages are displayed in the order purchased. Queue position and estimated wait time are shown at checkout. Jukebox Sign does not guarantee specific display times. In the event of a technical failure preventing display, an automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Live webcam feeds are provided for viewing convenience only. Jukebox Sign does not guarantee uninterrupted stream availability. Stream latency, quality, and availability may vary. The webcam stream is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JUKEBOX SIGN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUKEBOX SIGN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jukebox Sign, Daufuskie Enterprises, LLC, and all Operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any message you submit; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers). This information is used to process your transaction, send notifications, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to understand Platform usage and improve our service.

The Jukebox Sign name, logo, platform design, and all related technology are the property of Daufuskie Enterprises, LLC. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Jukebox Sign reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
